Quickest Ebikes reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion, including, without limitation, if we believe that customer conduct violates applicable law or is harmful to our interests.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

Quickest Ebikes provides a 12 month warranty for our triangle batterys and kits

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Quickest Ebikes shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from:

  • The use or inability to use our services or products.
  • Any conduct or content of any third party using our services.
  • Any unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, even if Quickest Ebikes has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

5. Product Liability

Quickest Ebikes is not responsible for any damages or injuries caused by the use of our products. This includes, but is not limited to, any accidents, personal injuries, or property damages resulting from the use or misuse of our ebike conversion kits and other products.

6. Faulty Products

While we strive to ensure the quality of our products, Quickest Ebikes does not guarantee that our products will be free from defects. In the event that you receive a faulty product, please contact us within 30 days of receipt for a replacement or refund. Quickest Ebikes is not liable for any damages caused by faulty products beyond the purchase price of the product.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Quickest Ebikes, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and suppliers from and against all claims, losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of these Terms of Service or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing our services using your account.
