What actually is a conversion kit?

A conversion kit is a motor and a battery that you put on your existing push bike to make it electric. It is a much more affordable option than buying an e-bike, and lots more fun too (we think so!).

Are your kits and battery's good quality?

Absolutely! At Quickest Ebikes, our products are  tested to ensure durability, performance, and safety. We partner with reputable manufacturers such as MTX to provide you with reliable and long-lasting components, so you can enjoy a smooth and efficient ride every time. If you have any specific questions about our kits or batteries, feel free to ask!

What is your warranty?

At Quickest Ebikes, we offer a 12 month manufacture warranty for all products.

How long is shipping?

We have standard and express shipping but please factor in there is a bit of a manufacturing wait for some items. We are currently working off 30-35 business days for standard shipping options. Express is 8-10 business days.

What are your payment options?

We have Mastercard, Visa, Paypal, Apple pay, Google pay.

Are we legit?

We are a completely legitimate business with a registered ABN, This protects you through Customer Consumer Law. Everything that you buy, you will receive. If you are after an extra layer of protection you have the option to pay through PayPal; they offer a resolution for a complete refund if you don't receive the items or if the item is different than expected.

Can we order something small and see if it comes?

Yes, we have a verification letter that you can order through the website for $2 to see if it comes.

Why are our prices so low?
